Information we collect

Information you give us directly — name, email, company, project details, and budget when you submit our contact form, book a call, or fill out a scoping tool on this site.

Information collected automatically — pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device/browser type, and on-page interactions, via the analytics tools below. We do not sell this data.

Tools we use

• Microsoft Clarity & PostHog — product and behavior analytics (session recordings, heatmaps, event tracking).
• Vercel Analytics — aggregate traffic and performance metrics.
• Supabase — stores form submissions, booking requests, and site content in a secure database.
• Cal.com — powers our call-booking widget; booking details are shared with Cal.com to schedule the call.

How we use your information

To respond to inquiries, scope projects, schedule calls, deliver requested reports or audits, improve this site, and detect abuse (rate-limiting spam submissions). We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Data retention

We retain contact-form and booking submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and analytics data per each provider's standard retention window.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing harshil@dreamlaunch.studio.
