1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dreamlaunch ("the Service"), operated by Dreamlaunch Studio ("us", "we", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently at any time with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dreamlaunch Studio and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. All other trademarks not owned by us that appear on the service are the property of their respective owners.

Any work product created as part of our services will be owned by you, subject to our right to use such work product for our own business purposes, including but not limited to marketing and case studies.

In no event shall Dreamlaunch Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer
